Leadership coach, speaker, and the founder of  HER Seat.Â
I’m here to help women lead boldly and live without limits. But getting here wasn’t easy.I didn’t just wake up one day and find myself here. This path—coaching, leadership, holding space for transformation—found me long before I fully recognized it.
Like many of the women I work with, I spent years climbing, achieving, pushing forward… and still feeling the quiet tug that there was more. A deeper purpose. A louder calling. A sense that I wasn’t doing what I was truly brought here to do.
Now, I help other women listen to that same inner knowing—and build the clarity, confidence, and courage to lead from it.
My Story
The path to purpose wasn’t linear—here’s how I got here.
I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, in a tight-knit Colombian
family where respect, integrity, and doing the right thing were
cornerstones of our upbringing.
At 18, I left home and stepped into adulthood on my own. Not
long after, I became a mother—young, determined, and
doing everything I could to create a better life for my son.
Determined to start a new chapter, we moved to Atlanta, Georgia.
It became home for the next ten years—and one of the most
transformative seasons of my life.

A Season of Growth
Navigating single motherhood, financial uncertainty, and the emotional weight of building a new life without a support system nearby—those years shaped me.
Still, I never stopped dreaming. I enrolled in school while my son was in class and eventually earned my degree. I didn’t have a safety net, but I had resilience—and a deep belief that life was preparing me for something greater.
It was during that time—while I was navigating it all alone—that my father, watching from afar, would always remind me in Spanish:
“No te ahogues en un vaso de agua.”
“Don’t drown in a glass of water.”
It was his way of saying: you’re stronger than you think. Find your strength and figure it out. That mantra became a lifeline—and still reminds me today:
there’s nothing too big to face, and nothing I can’t figure out.
When Everything Clicked
I had always believed I was meant for medical school—I dreamed
of being an ER or Oncologist doctor. But everything shifted when I
was offered a role to build a leadership training program. Something
clicked.
I realized what truly lit me up wasn’t medicine—it was helping
people grow. Coaching, developing, and empowering others became
my path.
That realization deepened when I stepped into a leadership role
in Chicago, often the only woman in a room of 20 men.
It’s where I found my voice, claimed my seat, and became a voice
for other women.
It’s where I began to fully understand the power of my story—and
the calling to help others rise.

Life Today
After 11+ years of single motherhood and a deeply transformational season of rediscovering myself—resilient, strong, independent—I met my husband. A partner who saw and honored the woman I had become.
Â
Today, I live by the ocean in my home state of Florida—a place where I feel most grounded and connected.
I start my mornings with coffee and a deep breath of ocean air. I walk the beach to clear my mind, reflect, and give thanks. I enjoy working out, staying active, and living in alignment with who I am.

 My Core Values Â
Â
My values are more than words—they’re the compass behind every decision I make. They guide how I lead, how I coach, and how I hold space—with integrity, purpose, and heart. They are the foundation of every program I create, and every woman I walk beside.
Â

Integrity
Doing the right thing—always even when no one is watching. I lead with honesty, transparency, and the courage to stand in what’s true, even when it’s hard.

Alignment
Leadership isn’t just about doing—it’s about being aligned with who you are. I help women lead in a way that feels true—not forced.

Authenticity
No masks, no pretending. There’s strength in showing up as your whole self. I create space where
women can show up fully, lead from truth, and feel seen as who they really are.

Trust
Trust is the cornerstone of leadership—the foundation everything else is built on. I lead with honesty, care, and consistency—so women feel safe to open up, grow, and lead with confidence.
